TRANSFER MEDIA

Trouble-free productions that are as efficient as possible, but also aspects of sustainability, are topics that occupy day-to-day business in dealing with transfer media. This is where the Felix Schoeller transfer films come in and offer advantages in different printing technologies.

Multiple applications

The optimized product structure of the biaxially oriented PET transfer films meets the requirements of many applications. The films are free of formaldehyde, chromium and phthalates, which means they can also be used for sensitive textiles such as children's clothing. The good dot and line sharpness also supports use for fine motifs, while the highest quality consistency enables stable production processes. Felix Schoeller's transfer film series offers solutions for screen printing processes with plastisol or water-based inks, as well as for direct-to-film (DTF) applications.

  • For DTF and screen printing processes
  • Transfer to various textiles, such as sportswear, children's clothing and fashion
  • Transfer for merchandise items

TRANSFER DTF

STABLE & COLORFUL
The new TRANSFER DTF not only offers the highest densities and a wide color gamut for convincing transfers. Thanks to its exceptionally high quality consistency, it also enables stable production processes. "Our new DTF solution offers our customers real added value," says Dieter Kaumkötter, Product Manager at Felix Schoeller. "We guarantee our customers extremely stable production processes in this product area as well. That's an advantage that not only saves money, but above all time."

Our transfer films

The existing transfer films represent the start of a portfolio development in this application area. Further media will follow.
